There are several selling options available to you as a home owner and commission rate is normally the main consideration when deciding who to use to market your home. It is no longer the norm to expect to "have" to pay an agent six or seven percent of your home's equity. Before discussing the savings options available to you, there are some rumors to dispel. Some folks feel that using a realtor that offers a discounted commission rate must not be as qualified or have the same marketing tools available to them as the six percent agent. Not true at all!! As a licensed real estate agent, we all have the exact same opportunities afforded to us to market your home. Some folks also think that reduced commission means reduced service. Also, not true. Regardless of the marketing plan that you choose, you can expect to receive the same service and exposure for your home as if you were paying full price. Seriously!

The largest, unnecessary expense is making an elaborate office available for agents who are usually not there. The good ones are out in the field working for their clients.

The benefits to the consumer are profound and the savings are quite substantial. Regional Realty offers several Marketing Programs to choose from. The following is an example of some of the options available to you, however we can always tailor a program to fit your specific needs.

PREMIER PLAN – 5% Commission Rate
This plan offers 3% to the buyers agent and 2% to the listing agent. This is our full service plan that includes maximum marketing exposure for your home.
FULL SERVICE PLAN – 4% Commission Rate
This plan offers 3% to the buyers’ agent and 1% to the listing agent. This option allows for the same full service as the Premier Plan; however it would require a payment of $500 to be paid at the time of contract signing.
CHOICE PLAN – 3% Commission Rate
This plan offers 2% to the buyers’ agent and 1% to the listing agent. This plan requires payment of $500 to be paid at the time of contract signing.
BUDGET PLAN – 2% Commission Rate
This plan offers 1% to the buyers’ agent and 1% to the listing agent. This plan requires payment of $500 to be paid at the time of contract signing.
MLS ONLY - $995.00
This plan is for the sellers that would not require full marketing exposure, and need only to gain internet exposure. This plan requires payment of $995.00 at the time of contract signing. With this plan, an additional 3% coop offered to the buyers agent may be required to effectively market your home.
